Terms of Service

As the Artist...

  • I maintain the rights to post my work in any form or to use as examples for commission-work (I will credit your characters though if you would like).

  • I will often ask if i can post your artwork on social media (Again, with credit to you!)

  • I maintain the right to turn down ANY commission for ANY reason, even if it does not violate my TOS.

  • I will not do free art or requests. If you contact me about "art for exposure", I WILL block you. I MAY do art trades from time to time, but only if we are mutuals/friends.

As the Client...

  • You may NOT reprint your commission for a profit or claim the work done as yours.

  • You MAY print your commission for personal use as a sticker, print, shirt, etc.

  • You may edit, crop, and resize commissions. you are still required to credit back to me.

  • You may post the work to your own website/social media and use as an icon, banner, etc., but still credit me.

  • You may requests small edits and corrections during any steps of the art process. large edits, redraws, and frequent changes outside of the sketch phase will be charged a fee.

Other Rules:

  • I WILL do: fanart, OCs, self inserts, armor, detailed designs, custom designs, nudity, suggestive/light nsfw (for an extra fee to be discussed).

  • I WILL NOT do: gore, furries, mecha, hateful/harmful content.

  • I will not accept commissions from anyone who is under the age of 18.

  • turnaround time can take anywhere from a day to a month due to the fact that I am a full-time college student and have health problems. I'll do my best to get it done as quickly as possible, however!

  • If you need your commission by a certain date or within a certain time frame, let me know and I'll do my best to meet your deadline (within reason). I always work on commissions in order unless it is needed by a certain date,

  • I may stream me working on your commission from time to time on my Twitch! If you're interested in seeing my process at all, let me know and I can send you my twitch link!

Payment/Refunds:

  • Payment is to be done via paypal invoice (preferred) or on Ko-Fi.

  • If you are paying me on Ko-Fi, please contact me with commission info/questions before sending me payment. I cannot guarantee I will see a payment/commission request in a timely manner through Ko-Fi.

  • I will not send a sketch of the commission until full payment is received. I'll send you a paypal invoice, but don't feel pressured to pay it until I message you about starting your commission!

  • You may get a full refund before I've begun work, partial if I have started, and no refund once I've finished your commission.

Complex background/environment: + $10

Gradient/simple background: free
